As an independent or multi-unit operator, our staff of franchise support specialists will provide innovative assistance to help with the changing needs of our franchise owners. It is important that our WingMan franchise owners have the tools and knowledge to run an efficient operation, in order to provide the quality and service that our patrons have come to expect.

From the time you sign your franchise agreement, you and your Franchise Field Representative will become a team. Your Franchise Field Representative will help you with everything from your site selection to periodic visits every year throughout the term of your Franchise Agreement.

You will be instructed in the essentials of restaurant operations, labor management, administration, marketing and a broad range of other subjects needed to successfully operate your WingMan franchise.
