You will start with a full 3 weeks of on-site training in a real, operating Mr. Transmission business. During your hands-on training, you'll learn first hand about how the business works.

You will interface with employees and customers. You will watch the selling process in action. By the end of those 3 weeks, you'll be completely familiar with the business, inside and out. Next, you will spend 10 days in classroom training, where you will receive easy-to-understand management training and learn to implement and follow our proven philosophy of our business systems.
