Beaner's Coffee franchise information

In recent years, the Beaner's Coffee franchise has expanded into eight Midwest and Southeastern states, with plans to grow nationwide in the coming years.

In addition to your own training, you will also send someone through our percolator training program, which will prepare your employee to train your staff once they have been hired. In the Beaner's Coffee franchise system, the store owner/manager is not permitted to be the store’s PERColator, as the double duty can result in diluting your effectiveness as a manager as well as crippling your store’s training program.
