Our franchise system includes our proprietary ‘probability of repayment’ software. Over the years, we have found that the probability of repayment of a loan is based on several factors. Taking into account over 12,000 different calculations, and with the help of software and several thousand contracts, we have established a basic probability of repayment. There are still factors that cannot be evaluated technologically, such as the helpfulness of the dealership, the quality of the vehicle, the attitude of the customer, the honesty of the information received from the dealership, etc. Those are the responsibility of the dealership. However, our probability report should give a good overall outlook on the repayment of the loan.
Your dealer group will do the funding, which is directly related to the probability of repayment. You will assess your risk and your potential reward and you make the decision. As a National Account you will make the difference in your dealerships and build a larger customer base.
