Sofi's Crepes to Expand Through Franchising

Walking down the street, you notice a group gathered at a window shop. You pause to see what the commotion is and through the window see a machine creating mouthwatering crepes. The delicious smell grabs you by the hand and leads you into the shop to indulge your sweet tooth. Although it may feel like Paris, you’re actually in Baltimore.

Sofi’s Crepes was developed by Ann Costlow, a former stockbroker of 16 years who was in need of a creative outlet. After spending time in France, she decided a crepe café would be the perfect solution.

In 2004, Ann opened Sofi’s Crepes offering sweet and savory crepes for the masses. “Our crepes are a fabulous experience for all of your senses,” states Ann, “you watch them being made, they smell divine, and taste of out this world. We strive on creating a wonderful experience from the time you walk into the door until you leave.”

Wanting to share the experience, Ann has chosen franchising to expand Sofi’s Crepes. Francorp, the world’s leader in franchise consulting, will assist Ann in developing her franchise program.
