As our name clearly states, chicken is our specialty! Brown's Chicken & Pasta use only plump Grade A chickens, cut into eight meaty pieces. The pieces are hand-breaded before being battered in our own recipe. That very special recipe contains no heavy herbs or hot spices. Only neutral-tasting cottonseed oil is used to fry the chicken to a golden brown. The result is delicious and uniquely Brown’s Chicken.
