An experienced franchisee hopes to turn up the heat in the Charlotte region with at least 10 El Pollo Loco grilled chicken restaurants.

Princess Street Partners recently signed a multiple-unit agreement with El Pollo Loco Inc. to open restaurants in Mecklenburg, Union and York counties — marking the West Coast brand’s debut in the region.
