Mr Greek Targets Colorado as Next Expansion State

February 27, 2007 - Ontario, February 27, 2007— Mr. Greek has aggressive plans to expand via franchising in Colorado this year. The Canadian born, Greek chain is currently looking for multi-unit investors to develop the popular restaurant concept.

“We feel like Mr. Greek is a perfect match for Colorado and its residents,” said George Raios, Mr. Greek president. “Locals in the state live healthy lifestyles and enjoy great food. Right now they are missing out by not having a Mr. Greek near them.”

The full-service Mr. Greek Mediterranean Grill provides a full bar and offers seafood, pasta and grilled delicacies, saganaki, kalamari, as well as its signature souvlaki and gyros. The fast casual Mr. Greek takes “food on the go” to a new level, serving all meals on china for customers who dine-in. The restaurants seat 60 (Fast Casual) -180 (Grill) people and are 2,000 (Fast Casual) - 5,000 (Grill) square feet. Both Mr. Greek concepts offer call-ahead, pick-up, take-out and delivery.

Mr. Greek currently has 22 locations in Southern Ontario. The first U.S. location will be in Tacoma, Washington and is slated to open in the next six months.
